David is a fully qualified and experienced Yoga teacher, certified through Zenways on their 200-hour Yoga Alliance-registered course. He combines this with years of his own experience from personal training, rehabilitation work and competing in sports, to create a teaching style that he has refined over more than a decade. His style of teaching is fluid, and not merely a set series of exercises, patterns or postures. It is his firm belief that no two human beings are the same, and as such no one set of movements will be perfectly beneficial for all students. David works with each student on a personal level in order to ensure you are getting the best, most effective, tailored service to improve your life and continue your development in the optimum way.

Each session is carefully tailored to the individual based around the questions asked at the initial consultation, fitness assessments, functional movement tests and more, and can include a large variety of equipment such as kettlebells, focus mitts, resistance bands, dumbbells, step, agility ladder and clubs. Sports massage is a hands on treatment which comes with a huge range of benefits, including :

David is a private student of former UFC fighter, Nick Osipczak, who is the only person in the world to fight successfully on a professional level using Tai Chi in mixed martial arts (MMA). David was one of the first instructors to be certified under Nick’s ‘Mindful Movements’ programme, and he continues to study with him whenever possible.
Specialist Exercise Rehab Sessions・リハビリ
These sessions are specially formulated for people suffering from conditions such as lower back pain, joint and muscle pain/injury, diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis, high blood pressure, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, obesity and depression. With a strong focus on rehabilitation and management of these conditions, David will work with you to aid you in your management of and recovery from your condition.
Nutrition consultations include a breakdown of the macronutrient content of the foods you eat, as well as working out your basal metabolic rate, how many calories you should be consuming to reach your goals, and much more. This data is used to create sample meals and recipes in order to help you reach your goals – all designed completely with your personal tastes and preferences in mind! The primary focus of these sessions is to educate and empower you to make your healthy diet a daily habit, as opposed to a quick fix. Includes both nutrition for sport and exercise and nutrition for weight management.
Remember, each and every session is tailored to the individual, so combination classes that include more than one of the services listed here are also possible.
